We carry out a comprehensive service of construction works, ranging from larger domestic extensions, alterations, refurbishments, civil engineering, new buildings and repair and restoration of Listed and Historic Buildings.

 

We also undertake Term Contract works in multiple locations for some of our clients.

 

A proportion of our works are carried out in occupied premises, which provides its own unique challenges in programming and coordination.

 

In addition to a number of negotiated contracts, we tender for projects in various forms such as Schedule of Works, Specification and drawings and Bills of Quantities.

 

Our client base is continually expanding. We have long term associations with clients such as Scottish & Southern Energy, Winchester College, Private clients and trusts and many local Architects and Surveyors.
