Extensive internal alteration, remodelling and refurbishment to provide a new residence for the client on the waters edge at Emsworth.

The works included structural alterations, repairs to the existing structure and plastering. A complete new electrical installation, central heating system together with new bathrooms and kitchen and staircase were finished with internal decoration throughout.
